We recently returned home and I wanted to express my sincere thanks to you ,your wife and crew for a truly exciting and most enjoyable experience--- flying over Tuscany!!! It was clearly the highlite of our holiday in Italy this year...My entire family sends their thanks not only for a great balloon flight but for the exceptionally,kind and warm hospitality of both you and your wife (and lets not forget your crew)--you all made us feel more like family than just clients!!!!We hope this note finds you all well and happy and we look forward to our next flight over Tuscany --- we still have one son who needs the fun and experience!!!! Our personalized tours are tightly restricted in numbers and availability and filled on a first-come basis. Please email us at info@traveltuscany.net to request availability, and if possible also provide alternative dates, the number of people, ages and any other information that you think may be helpful. Of course include all of your contact information. We will email you upon receipt, and hold your reservation for 48 hours, pending your final decision. Reservations are final upon confirmation of availability and subsequent receipt of deposit.

The cost is € 250 per person, which includes the flight & the champagne breakfast. This cost does not include transport to and from the air pad. The cost per person including pick-up from your hotel in Florence is 280 euro per person. Please equire for for alternate pick-up areas. Discounts for groups of 6 or more will be given. If you decide to cancel, once we have received your signed form, then you will lose your deposit amount. Any cancellation received less than 48 hours beforehand will carry a 50% cancellation fee and your card will be charged.

You are required to arrange a valid travel insurance policy before departure, or have healthcare insurance with international coverage.
