Villa Tuscan Sun is a holiday villa in Tuscany, in the municipality of Gaiole, in Siena. With an outdoor swimming pool and antique furnishing, the villa is ideal for an Italian vacation.

Villa Tuscan Sun is situated on the green sloping hills of Siena, offering the guests a spectacular view of the beautiful countryside and endless vineyards.

Every year, usually in March, 'L'Eroica', a bicycle race is held here. The special feature of this race is the white gravel roads of the Siena region. The municipality is just 40 km from the city of Florence, known as the art capital of Italy; and 15 km from the city of Siena.

Villa Tuscan Sun has rooms and facilities to accommodate 10 guests. The Villa is spread over an area of 300 sq. m. and comprises of 3 floors.

Accommodation:

Living rooms: There are 2 living rooms; one on the first floor and the other on the second floor. The spacious and beautifully furnished living room on the second floor has Palladian style windows, offering guests a panoramic view of the green Chianti hills and the golden Tuscan sunset. The large open fireplace, ideal for roasting chestnuts, adds charm to the room and provides warmth on a chilly evening.

Dining room: The spacious dining room has a table that can seat 12 guests.

Kitchen: The kitchen has all modern gadgets making cooking pleasurable for the guests. Cooking range, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, cooking and serving utensils are available. The kitchen has been renovated recently for the convenience of the guests. A beautiful antique dining table has also been provided in the kitchen for quick, casual meals.

Bedrooms: There are a total of 5 bedrooms; 3 double bedrooms and 2 twin bedrooms. The twin beds can be converted to double beds on request. All the bedrooms are spacious and tastefully furnished.

Bathrooms: There are 5 bathrooms; 1 bathroom with a bathtub and shower and 4 bathrooms with shower.

A lovely terrace extends along the length of the villa; an ideal setting for outdoor dining. The terrace is bordered by a well maintained herb garden which adds to the uniqueness of the terrace. There is also a wood-burning grill that is built into the wall that surrounds the terrace.

Guests have access to a swimming pool just outside the villa which will be shared by guests staying at the other two villas in the same estate. The pool is situated in an ideal location and guests can have a wonderful view of the nearby hillsides. The olive groves and vineyards that surround the villa are perfect for a leisurely walk with family and friends.

Guests staying at Villa Tuscan Sun can visit Lecchi, a small village nearby, where there are shops, restaurants and wine bars.

Villa Tuscan Sun is centrally located, easily and quickly accessible to some of the most important tourist's centres of Tuscany. Guests can enjoy daily visits to Florence and Siena. Medieval towns of Radda and Gaiole in Chianti are in close proximity to the villa.
