Villa Dal Pinetto is a historical villa located in Montepulciano surrounded by cypress trees offering its guests a true experience of Tuscany. The villa has spectacular views of the vineyards, Cortona and the historical center of Chianciano Terme, a city of thermal baths built on ancient hot springs.
The villa is tastefully decorated in a classic Italian style that combines country charm with modern luxury. There is a WIFI connection in the villa and all the bedrooms are air-conditioned.
Ground floor: There are 3 large air-conditioned bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms, a family-style kitchen with large six burner stove and the great room. The great room is characterized by brick arches that span the length and width of the room and connects two living room areas and a dining room with comfortable furniture.
First Floor: There is another living room with satellite TV and DVD player and another fully equipped kitchen with fireplace and grill. There are 2 air-conditioned double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms.
There is a cottage next to the villa which has a living room and a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. The cottage can accommodate 3 additional people in a double bedroom and a double sofa beds in the living room.
The gardens are well maintained with a lovely pool (10x5 meters) and garden furniture for outdoor dining. The villa has many terraces and patios where guests can relax and enjoy the views.
The guests are welcomed with a complimentary welcome breakfast basket. There is also an organic fruit orchard and the guests are welcome to take a pick from the fresh produce anytime.
The estate also produces wine and olive oil. on prior request we can organize for wine tours and wine tasting sessions free of cost.
Montepulciano city is just 6 kms from the villa. This city is a store house of great Italian art, history and culture. It is also considered one of the top Tuscan and Italian wine producing regions with its Vino Nobile di Montepulciano. Cortona, Pisa & San Gimignano are close by for day trips. Siena and Florence are just 45min drive from the villa.
