Villa Sunshine is an exclusive villa from the 19th century provided with private swimming pool located near Certaldo, between Florence and Siena. Surrounded by sloping olive groves, vineyards and ancient cypresses, the panoramic view across the countryside with the characteristic towers of San Gimignano in the background, is just simply breathtaking!
From here you can visit the most important Tuscan cities of art; try the local products in one of many wine cellars; spend relaxing afternoons in complete privacy by the pool. The villa is situated on the top of a hill surrounded by olive groves and vineyards. The naturalistic context, in which the villa is set, with a breathtaking view over the rolling landscape of Chianti, makes Villa Sunshine an unique accommodation for your Tuscan countryside holidays.

In 2003 the VILLA was skilfully restored retaining all the architectural features of the past without renouncing the conveniences of modern bath-rooms, fully equipped kitchen, central heating, TV Sat, DVD.
The rooms, all with independent bath/shower rooms, are equipped with classic Tuscan pieces and are exclusive for the elegance of the interior and the naturalistic ambiance in which they are set. The wide dining hall has a table with seats for 18 persons; pool table in the living room.
The villa is provided with a private swimming pool (18 x 4m) bordered by a wide garden perfectly equipped for your outdoor lunches and for relax by the pool; a private parking place behind the villa, all surrounded by a park with olive groves and ancient cypresses. The entrance to the property is provided with an antique iron gate, equipped with a video-inter phone system, to guarantee your privacy.
The villa offers wide and bright rooms structured on 3 floors, can comfortably accommodate 18 people (+2 extra beds on request). There are 9 double bedrooms (in 6 of the rooms the beds can be separated) and 10 bath/shower rooms.
In the GROUND FLOOR there is a big entrance hall with staircase, a reading room with TV, DVD and CD, a wide living room, a twin bedroom with an en suite shower room, kitchen with and a wide dining hall with table for 18 persons, laundry and cloakroom.
On the FIRST FLOOR there are 7 bedrooms, 5 with twin single-beds (all with en suite shower rooms), and 2 with double-beds, one with en suite bathroom and one with an en suite shower room.
On the SECOND FLOOR there is a bedroom with a double-bed and en suite shower room. One of the two terraces is connected to the room, from which you have an exclusive view.
