Apartment Sprenza is on third floor of an ancient Palazzo with elevator. Sunny terrace with southern exposure. Master bedroom with queen size bed, second bedroom with twin beds that can be made into a queen, en suite bathroom with shower. Second bathroom with tub and shower. Elegant living/dining room with pull-out sofa bed for two and french door leading to terrace. Fully equipped kitchen. Independent heating and air conditioning.
Facilities: Dishwasher, washer, dryer, microwave oven, toaster. american coffee maker, satellite TV, stereo hi-fi, CD and DVD players, telephone, answering machine, fax machine, hair dryer, iron and ironing board. Use of Palazzo private Gym.

| The owner needs to have a colour copy of passports of all the guests and the same can be sent to us via email 2 weeks before your arrival. Private gym in the building available at no extra cost. Cooking, cleaning, baby sitting can all be arranged., Tours, cooking classes, museum bookings.

We had a wonderful time on our first trip to Italy. Apartment Sprenza worked out really nicely for us. We especially enjoyed spending time on the terrace for breakfast and snacks! [see enclosed picture] It was in a great location and it was fun to be a part of the city--shopping for food etc. instead of being in a hotel. Having the convenience of washing and drying our clothes half way through our trip was also great!! A great little shop and restaurant were just outside the doors of the apartment. No problems or difficulties-all went smoothly!
