The Baronessa is a very beautiful apartment decorated with frescoes. It has two double bedrooms with two bathrooms, a big living room and a cooking area. There is a Beautiful view of the hills from here. The Baronessa offers a delightful retreat to the picturesque countryside of Chianti with convenient access to explore all the treasures of Tuscany.

The Chianti area is charming and beautiful, bursting of history and art. Conveniently located in the heart of Tuscany, medieval villages and main stays such as Volterra, Pienza, Montepulciano and of course the Tuscan coastline are conveniently nearby. The area features a variety of restaurants that offer wonderful Tuscan gastronomic delights. It is just 8 km. from Siena – the city of art which is so important to the culture and history of Tuscany. It is also only 3 km. from the 408 road which from Siena leads you to Florence, passing first through Gaiole, Radda and Greve in Chianti. It is not far from other equally charming localities, such as Montalcino, Pienza and Montepulciano (to the south ) and San Gimignano, Volterra, and Massa Marittima ( to the west). All are no more than 50 kms away.

You can also take the motorway between Siena and Grosseto, passing through parts of Maremma, to arrive at the most pleasant beaches of the Tirreno Sea ( for example Punta Ala, Castiglione della Pescaia and Talamone , all of which are less than 100 km. away ).
