Villa Capaccioli is an ancient luxurious property built in the 18th century refurbished in the early 90’s to its ancient splendour and has been improved constantly, during these years, in order to reach an excellent quality standard. This luxury holiday villa (of about 700 square meters), stands out on a hill with very pretty views which reach the hilltop town and the surrounding landscape of Tuscany, Italy.
This holiday villa is surrounded by a great wooded park of about 3 hectares, with pockets of sun and shade, assuring to the guests relaxing rhythms typical of the countryside of Tuscany. At the same time, from this location it is possible to visit important places of art such as Rome, Florence, Siena, Arezzo and the characteristic towns which have made Tuscany so famous all around the world.
A major attraction of this luxury villa is the large swimming pool where it is possible to eat at the shade of a pergola, equipped with stone barbecue, fridge, sink and big table. The spacious rooms, with antique furnishings are equipped with all modern comforts, such as satellite TV.
There are many lovely local towns , medieval hamlets and wineries locally. The kitchen at ground floor with ancient ceilings is equipped with a fireplace, which can be used by the guests for cooking. There is a gazebo in the garden (one right next to the swimming pool ) with water sink, stone barbecue and fridge.
This holiday villa is quite near to local stores and to the town of Sinalunga and Lucignano, but at the same time it is set in a quite and relaxing area where our guests can rest in the maximum privacy. Excellent location (just 7 km from highway A1) for sightseeing the most important artistic and historical towns of Tuscany.
Our staffs are at the disposal of the guests in case of need or just to have some help for important places to visit or enjoy shopping in Tuscany, Italy.
