The area combines great natural beauty (Lake Trasimeno is a short drive away) with a wealth of historical remains and artefacts — Etruscan, Roman and mediaeval. Cortona`s ancient walls and winding streets have resisted the ravages of modern development and the town has several excellent restaurants.
Apartment Limonaia, accommodates two guests, and the apartment is a traditional Tuscan apartment, with the rich, warm colours of terracotta and chestnut beams lending a timeless elegance.
