Charming Tuscan villa rentals on the Mediterranean coast in Porto Santo Stefano, Italy. This Tuscan villa is situated on a picturesque inlet of Porto Santo Stefano, its harbor serving both fishing and tourist boats, and is a point of departure for the Isola del Giglio.
Villa Rondine is built on two levels with the spacious main living areas and main bedrooms on the top floor and outdoor stairs that lead to the privacy of the 2 guest suites. The villa is fully equipped and furnished with antique pieces. Restricted access leads to the private and exclusive `piccola spiaggia` beach. This enchanting and beautiful bay also has a lifeguard which is safe and perfect for children, there is a bar and restaurant which is open for lunch & dinner . The villa is surounded by a private garden with furniture to relax and enjoy the beautiful view spread before you. There are a total of 3 double debrooms; 1 twin ; 1 single; triple bedroom ( 1 bunk bed with an extra single bed) plus 4 bathrooms and sleeps a total of 10pers.
Ground Floor: Master bedroom with a single bedroom (ideal for small children) in the same wing. Sharing a bathroom. A Large sitting room with terraces off each of the three large glass doors. There is a corridor that leads to the kitchen and eating area. In this wing there is the `bunk bed room` with the additonal single. Next to the bunk bed room is a bathroom with shower.
Lower Ground Floor: Steps lead from the terrace to a master bedroom suite with a ensuite bath. A seperate self contained unit with 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom (2 single beds) and a bathroom located between these 2 bedrooms. The modern kitchen is fully equipped complete with a dish washer, freezer, fridge, stove, oven & a washing machine. In the living/dining area you also have a sofa bed which will sleep an additional person. This living area opens out onto magnificent terraces which have stunning views over the sea and onto the islands . There is a round table outside on the terrance looking over the sea which can fit 8 people with an additional moveable tressle table which can fit 14 people . There is also a BBQ which we normally postion on the gravel for the alfresco dinner .In the dining area you have seating for 10 people while also being able to enjoy dining al fresco on any of the 3 terraces. Outdoors you have the use of a barbecue, a beautiful garden, parking and 3 terraces .
The villa is suitable for elderly or infirm but not wheelchair accessible. From the garden and terraces which surround the Tuscan villa you can admire the islands Giglio and Giannutri while relaxing on sun beds, breakfasting in the shade from the pergola or barbecuing in the rock garden. There are 3 outdoor dining tables with seating for 15 or more people. During summer, a bus runs every 15 minutes to the beach , or you can easily walk the half a mile in 15 mins.
During the low season the villa can also be rented for smaller groups of 6 people (1 double room, 1 single and 1 bunk bed room) with the 2 guest suites locked.

| Beach umbrellas available on request. Access to the beach club costs roughly 40 euro per day per umbrella plus 6.50 euro per person for a maximum of 4 people. You can hire a second umbrella if required. There are other beaches in the area that are less exclusive and cheaper. |

The Monte Argentario peninsular You can explore the near by port of Santo Stefano (15 mins from the villa) and the marina at Porto Ercole with their fish stalls, markets, boutiques and restaurants. Take the ferry to the islands of Giglio and Giannutri or visit the inland medieval towns of Magliana in Toscana and Capalbio. Or even swim under the waterfall at the Saturnia hot springs. In the town of Porta santa Stefano you can find everything that you need tennis courts, supermarket, banks, pharmacy. You can also hire boats here and there is a scuba diving school
A perfect location for all ages.
Nearest international airport Rome at 100 kilometres. You can drive here in about 2.5 hours, Pisa can also be reached in the same time and Florence in about 2 hours.
