Tuscany apartment rentals in Forte dei Marmi on one of the most exclusive seaside town in Italy

An independent entrance takes you to a wide marble staircase and the first floor. There is an entry and the 3 bedrooms; 1 large double ;1 twin room and a third bedroom with bunk beds. 2 bathrooms : 1 with bath( with a shower over the bath) and the other with a shower.There is also a washng machine in the apartment. Living and dining room with a sofa and TV & with doors leading onto the terrace. Seating for 6 in the dining room. There is a seperate kitchen which is large and it too has doors onto the terrace. The kitchen is equipped with a large fridge/ freezer, dishwasher , stove and oven.

The garden is hedged for privacy it has a pergola with table and chairs and off street parking for 2 cars behind the gates. The terrace has a large table for dining . All windows have rolldown shutters to keep the apartment cool in the day. The villa is within walking distance to the beach and the center of Forte Dei Marmi and her gardens and activities for children, countless shops, bars , restaurants and boutiques. Forte dei Marmi is also renowned for the nightlife hence many discoteques along the beachfront and some fabulous seafood restaurants.

Close by one can visit Lucca (15MINS), Pietra Santa (famous for the scuptors and art), Sarzana (lovely town with antique markets), Cinque Terre, Viareggio, Appennini; the mountain behind where you can enjoy both the nature and the incredible marble that Michelangelo and other great artists made so famous. There is a large nature area where you can go horseriding, Torre del Lago the lake where Puccini wrote operas and today they host open air operas on the lake. For the sporty: Versilia is famous for it’s golf, sailing and tennis. There are also small shops, minmart and bar near the villa just in the street . The owners also offer bikes for you to really blend in with the locals. Baby Beds upon request, Fridge, Oven, Coffee Maker, Washing Machine, Terrace, Beach nearby.
