Characteristic Villa accommodation in Tuscany near Arezzo, Italy with swimming pool. The estate is set in the hills of Val di Chiana, one of the most beautiful areas in Tuscany. There are 2 golf courses, thermal springs and horse riding closeby. The estate makes it's own organic extra virgin olive oil. The accommodation is on two floors and has it's own private entrance, large walled garden, private swimming pool and use of the estate tennis court.
Ground Floor: It has a large sitting room with open fireplace, dining room, large kitchen fully equipped, utility room, double bedroom and a bathroom with bath tub.
First Floor: There are four double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower and 1 bathroom with bath tub.
The living room has a wonderful stone fireplace and the kitchen comes fully equipped, including a washing machine and dishwasher. Extra services that are available include babysitting, maid service, a chef, airport pickup, baby beds, basic shopping, and a car with driver.
The Villa is closed during Christmas Holidays.
