Farmhouse in Tuscany in the heart of Tuscan region near Val di Chiana, Arezzo, very near to all the most beautiful cities of art, the Tuscan farmhouse has been renovated and furnished beautifully with old family tokens and precious textiles. The farmhouse is only 4 km from the exit "Monte San Savino" of highway A1 and with 120 m2 the farmhouse is able to take in 10 guests and 2 or 3 small children, with baby beds being available. The farmhouse is set upon a hill with a breathtaking, panoramic views over the countryside of Tuscany. There is a lot of sunshine but also shaded areas throughout the gardens. There is always a slight breeze and the place is extremely calm and silent. The farmhouse is surrounded by 700 square metres of parkland, with olives, oak trees, table tennis and a herb garden.
Ground Floor: In the farmhouse we have a beautiful living room with open fire-place (we will supply you with the wood), SAT TV, 2 big sleeping-sofas, a terrace, stone dining table for 10, kitchen with stove with 3 gas flames and 1 electric, oven with grill combined, fridge, dishwasher, electric coffee-machine, electric kettle, Toaster. There are 4 Bedrooms, with the double master bedroom having it`s own terrace. There is another double room ( can be made into a twin room) and two twin rooms, which can also be made up as doubles upon request. There is one bathroom with a tub, the other 2 bathrooms with shower.
First Floor: On the first floor we have the wall-safe and the washing machine. On arrival the guests will find fresh bread, yam, milk, butter, fresh mineral water and oil. There is a fully stocked library with books in English, German and French, lots of music CD`s and Satellite TV with English, French and German channels.
There is a horseriding club 15kms away and a golf course 17kms away. We speak English, French, German and Italian. The owners own a small cottage on the same property so they can certainly assist in organizing dinners, tours, afternoon teas and whatever you may need to make your stay more enjoyable. This farmhouse is perfectly placed to enjoy and explore the best of what Tuscany has to offer. | The customers have free access to my big vegetable and herb garden and can take whatever they want.

We offer , usually on Monday, a rich aperitif on our terrace to the guest, so they will feel at home.
The house is full of books in English, German and French.
There is a hi-fi CD player with CD, a SAT TV with English, German and French TV stations.

Dear Elizabeth,
Richard and I, along with 2 other couples, spent two perfect weeks at Villa Fiori. Elisabeth, the owner and her family made our trip most memorable and enjoyable. The accommodations were as we had dreamed they would be.
The accommodations were very private, yet Elisabeth was available and very willing each day to help us with any plans for travel and meals.
Some of the best parts were Elisabeth, her family, her hospitality and her wonderful food. The cooking lessons were a real plus. The meals she prepared for us were delicious, reasonably priced and first class--better than any restaurant!! There is absolutely no reason to eat anywhere else in Italy. Richard and I had our 37th anniversary while we were there. Elisabeth prepared the most devine meal including fresh vegetables from her garden, champagne, special music, beautiful linens, flowers from her gardens, even rose petals spread on the table. It was a very romantic evening.
We were invited to use any of the home grown vegetables and herbs at any time. We were furnished with unlimited wines made from her grapes and the grapes of the area at only a fraction of the cost in the states. She even shared her special orange wine with us.
Elisabeth is a wonderful tour consultant. She was willing to make any arrangements and to give us the directions we needed for our day trips. The fact that she speaks English so well was a real asset to our group.
The pool and surrounding grounds were as pictured in all the books we have seen of the Tuscany countryside. It was so peaceful and refreshing to be able to return to the villa each day after touring the area. Your book did not exaggerate the beauty of the property. In fact, your book could not show its real beauty. One has to experience Farmhouse Fiori to understand!
It was a dream vacation. We hope to revisit Tuscany and Farmhouse Fiori again!
