Luxury villa rental in Tuscany with swimming pool located on a wine producing estate in Bucine, Siena. `Villa Monte 2’ is an ancient luxury villa that has been recently renovated and brought back to its original splendour, being decorated in typical Tuscan style. Villa Monte 2 is a charming luxury villa for holiday rental in a panoramic position overlooking the surrounding scenic valley of Tuscany, Italy. This luxury rental villa that dominate two gentle hills with 360° degree views of rolling hills that spread as far as the eye can see. Villa Monte 1 offer all the modern comforts and have been decorated respecting the traditional style of the time maintaining intact its original architectural features. This villa has its own private pool in a beautiful panoramic position. The road leads to the small medieval hamlet near Bucine, Siena.
All bedrooms are very different from each other in style and have their own en-suite bathroom. Terracotta floors and original vaulted and beamed ceilings add to the character of this extremely welcoming villa.
On the ground floor there is a very spacious living room with fireplace, dining room, fully equipped kitchen (oven, cooker, fridge, freezer, dishwasher), TV/SAT room, 1 twin bedroom, 3 double bedrooms with king size beds, 4 en-suite bathrooms with shower. On the first floor are 4 double bedrooms with king size beds, 1 twin bedroom, 5 en-suite bathrooms with shower.
The ‘Torroni Annexe’ is a separate house on the same grounds as the main Villa and is only rented together. It has 2 bedrooms, 1 with a king-size bed, 1 with queen bed, 2 en-suite bathrooms a separate fully functional kitchen with eating area and living room with fireplace. Private garden patio.
Villa Monte 2 is an exclusive luxury villa on a large wine producing estate. Tours of the estate wine cellar are offered. Guests may trek or mountain bike the surrounding 370 acres of fenced land. If preferred, guests of Villa Monte 2 can simply relax at the villa and its beautiful garden area which also features sunbeds, garden furniture and a large built-in barbecue. The swimming pool, used only by the guests of Villa Monte 2. As a special treat, we can arrange a "pizza night" having a true pizza chef prepare pizzas in the villas Tuscan, wood burning pizza oven! An expert Tuscan chef can be hired to prepare sumptuous Tuscan delicacies on during your vacation at this Chianti villa.

Your assistance and guidance helped us make a dream come true for my Mother’s 50th birthday. This trip to Tuscany, more specifically Villa Monte 2, provided all seventeen of our guests with a trip that they will cherish always. With the many suggestions and the coordination you put into this trip, we cannot thank you enough. The evening you set up for the birthday celebration was so much fun and we are very happy that you were able to enjoy this night with us. We received all of the culture and spirit, especially the food and wine, of Tuscany as we hoped it would be. The band was spectacular! We especially loved Anna Maria who cooked for our entire entourage. Not only was the food amazing, but also everyone was captivated by the smell of garlic running through the villa and the pasta hanging from the broomsticks as soon as they returned from Pisa for the party.
The side trips you set up for us were well received. Everyone enjoyed seeing the many sites of Tuscany and other areas of Italy during the week. We appreciate that you checked up on us throughout our stay to make certain each activity was running well. Our main focus was wine tasting during the week and we absolutely recommend Castello di Verrazzano for your future guests. We enjoyed the wine tasting there but the setting itself was worth the visit. Volpaia and Montalcino were both great locations for wine tasting too!
The villa itself was unbelievable! The views were incredible and every night seemed like we had our own private party. The winery on the estate supplied us with the enough wine for the weeklong celebration and we really liked one bottle in particular, which was called ‘Evento’ since it truly was an event to remember. Also, we cannot say enough great things about Riccardo. He was a great host who assisted with dinner reservations and every other request we had. Please tell him ‘thank you’ for us.
We hope you had the opportunity to see our pictures. We don’t think there were any without a smile. From the magnificent landscape that surrounded us at the villa to the wonderful sites that many of us had the opportunity to visit, it was an incredible way to spend a week with family and friends. There were many discussions to come back so please expect many more visits and birthday celebrations to come.

Tuscany was wonderful, reminded me very much of Mt Macedon in Victoria where I grew up as little kid. Everyone had an enjoyable time and like anywhere it is the groups of friends you are with that make all the difference. The house was good, historically wonderful, I think it had enough space for the number of people who were in our group. Some good social areas. Many people enjoyed the tours, it was a shame that the ballooning did not go ahead due to the weather conditions. For those interested it would have been an amazing experience. Dinners in the local area where are success and this should be promoted well as I found most people appreciated learning more about the area, its food and its history.
Some people may expect such facilities, but having that table out the back made so much positive difference in time the group could spend with
each other in an outdoor setting. One of the issues we had during the week was some people wanting to do one thing and other people wanting to do another. One of the internal group problems we had was use of cars. Even though activities need to be decided upon before and during the week, it would have been good if some of the people were a little more proactive in arrangments that strictly related to their own agenda.
The dinner was fantastic, (even though I dont live at home, mum was happy to see photos of the home made pasta!). Everyone had a great time and I would encourage people to spend the extra money and get the chef in again. Thinking of that Tiramasu still brings a big smile to my face!
Maybe in a few years we will have the chance to do something like this again, many of us would be looking forward to it.
