This holiday house rests at an altitude of around 500 metres above sea level which gives you both a stunning view of the Arezzo valley and cool breezes during the hot summer months. The whole villa can accommodate 12 guests in a complete tranquility combined with nature and the house is on two levels surrounded by beautiful garden lined with olives groves and cypress trees. The rental villas is located in the center of a working farm producing extra virgin olive oil, honey, saffron and other seasonal vegetables and fruits in Arezzo, Italy. The structure itself is in 2 levels and has a total of 5 double bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom and an additional room with a double sofa bed, giving you ample room for 12 persons in total. There are two seperate staircases for upstairs access allowing the ultimate in privacy to those in the upstairs rooms. The holiday house has 2 fully functional kitchens with a microwave, oven, stove top, 2 fridges, coffee maker, and an original wood oven for baking pizza and bread. There is a huge dining table for 8-10 persons with views onto the valley and double doors opening onto an outside patio where there is another table with chairs for 6. There is a laundry room complete with washing machine, iron and ironing board and another small bathroom with a toilet and shower which comes in handy after the pool. The living room has another table for 6 people, a TV and sofa’s and a spiral staircase for some of the upstairs rooms. The beauty of the villa has been preserved beautifully by the original stone walls, fireplaces, old marble sinks and the huge wooden doors that were part of the original structure. Included in the price of the villa is maid service for 4 hours per week. Maid Service comprises of cleaning bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchens. A weekly change of towels and linens, bathroom and kitchen accessories. There are also 2 baby bed’s that can be used at your disposal.
