Sojourn to Villa Lucrezia and experience the Arcadian lifestyle set on the outskirts of the medieval village of Montelopio, The villa is peacefully located in a beautiful, lush and varied landscape dotted with olive groves, vines, fields of wheat and sunflowers. It is perfectly located where the provinces of Pisa, Siena and Florence meet. The villa is not far away from the well preserved historical towns of San Gimignano and Volterra.

Villa Lucrezia is a traditional 1800 Tuscan farmhouse converted with immense attentiveness to detail by the owner. The pristine features such as the terracotta flooring, chestnut wooden beams and stone walls appreciate the modern restoration to provide a complacent environment. The Villa comprises of two floors, each measuring 250 sq.m and can comfortably accommodate up to 11 persons.

Ground floor: The ground floor comprises of a kitchen with well equipped range of modern appliances and utility cupboard, a furnished living room with a large table, sofas, armchairs and satellite TV, a spacious lounge enhanced by an original rustic fireplace surrounded by sofas, armchairs and satellite TV, a bathroom especially for the disabled, a double bedroom (or twin beds) with satellite TV and en suite bathroom with shower. The ground floor opens to the porch sheltered by a wrought iron pergola where the guest can enjoy their meals or simply relax on comfortable sofas. There is a staircase of stone and wrought iron which leads to the first floor.

First floor:, In the first floor the guests can find two doubles (twin beds transformable into triples), 1 double bedroom (extra single bed if required) each with an en suite bathroom with shower, an open fireplace, satellite TV and a built- in cupboard. A spiral staircase leads to the "dovecote", a tower which emerges from the center of the roof converted into a comfortable lounge proffering a 360° panoramic view of the hilly landscape.

The Villa has an under-floor central heating and air conditioning system which can be adjusted as required in every room and a central sound system with concealed speakers in every room, alarm, safe and telephone.

Pool: The swimming pool is 15m x 5m wide with a depth from 40cm to 150 cm. A Roman spa steps leads into the pool and to a hydro-massage zone. With just a push of the button the guests will get to have an amazing soothing lower back and neck massage with the release of water jets. Three sides of the pool are decorated with blushing flowers and the fourth with a small waterfall where the water is only 40 cm in depth which is ideal for children; a solarium with sun beds, chairs and small tables for those who prefer to bask in the sun; also wrought iron sheltered gazebo with sofas and armchairs for those who prefer the shade.

The grounds provide ample leisure facilities: The villa also provides a small rustic/rural styled hut open on 3 sides, well equipped for cooking or for barbeque or to relax.

Garden: The Villa is betwixt in a spacious 5.000, landscaped with customary and traditional Tuscan flora, restricted by an electric fence and Mediterranean shrub hedges to ensure total privacy. It also has a well sheltered car park.
