Podere Etruschi is located on top of small hill with a wonderful view of the Tuscan countryside and is just 9 km. from the Tyrrhenian Sea. This beautiful farmhouse in the province of Leghorn is centrally located and close to the historical cities of Lucca, Pisa, Siena and Florence.

Leghorn is a stunning port-city situated on the shores of the Tyrrhenian Sea. Leghorn with its numerous canals is surrounded by walled townships which still retain their medieval charm. The streets of the city are lined with museums, cultural institutions, medieval buildings, public parks and market places. The sandy beaches of Leghorn attract thousands of international tourists every year. The famed Island of Elba, the largest island of the Tuscan Archipelago, can be reached from Leghorn by ferryboats. Ground Floor: The ground floor comprises of 6 rooms and 2 bathrooms, all the rooms are spacious, airy and well furnished. There are 2 living rooms with traditional stone fireplaces, a well-equipped kitchen with all modern conveniences, a lovely dining room, a laundry room and a bathroom. In addition to these rooms there is a room that can be accessed by handicapped persons; this room has its own private bathroom.

First Floor: There are 3 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom on this floor. One double bedroom and the twin bedroom have a private bathroom each; the other two double bedrooms have a common bathroom. All the bedrooms are well furnished with fabulous views of the countryside and the green hills that surround the farmhouse.

Just outside the farmhouse is a swimming pool with deck chairs, the view from this area is stunning, providing the guests with an ambience that makes the vacation an enjoyable one.
