Villa Cortona is a 16th century palace situated nearby the town of Cortona. The villa is set in a 30 hectares estate consisting of a garden with rare plants, vineyards and olive groves. The Villa is in the centre of a park which is surrounded by old trees and a swimming-pool. This 380 square meters property consists of three apartments and accommodate up to 16 people if rented together. The museums, Etruscan excavation places, Tasmanian Lake in the city can be reached easily from the property.

The first apartment has a garden with grill facility and an open space for dining. It also has a living room, a kitchen and two bedrooms equipped with marriage bed. The ground floor of this apartment has a double bedroom and 2 bathrooms with a shower and a Jacuzzi tub.

The second apartment has a living room with a stone chimney and a divan bed. It also has two double bedrooms, a twin bed room, an extra bed and 4 bathrooms in which one is equipped with hydro massage and shower, another with hydro massage shower and the last two with shower.

The third apartment is an independent cottage 20 meters away from the main house; it has a covered porch, a living room with kitchen and a double bedroom. There is an intermediate wood floor with two divan beds. There is also a bathroom with hydro massage and shower. There is also a lovely terrace with splendid views.

The apartments are equipped with air-conditioning, central heating system, dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator, freezer, kitchen, electrical ventilated stove, electric hairdryer, security safe, SAT TV and Internet. The property also has a private parking place, a swimming Pool (7m x 14 m) furnished with beach chairs and parasols and a small pool with hydro massage facility.

This villa can be rented as an entire structure during Easter, Christmas and from 14th June to 30th August HIGH season.
