The Tuscan landscape is a wide and varied landscape as it contains mountains, hills, valleys and the enchanting Mediterranean coastline. The weather is generally considered mild. The weather may be a little different at different towns in the same region during the same time. Summers are hotter in the coast and in the valleys when compared to the hills.
Most people visit Tuscany during spring, summer and autumn. However winter is also a good time to catch up on sightseeing as the museums and other spots are definitely less crowded and you can also get better deals then.
