Most people visit Tuscany during spring, summer and autumn. However winter is also a good time to catch up on sightseeing as the museums and other spots are definitely less crowded and you can also get better deals then.

Spring (April and May) and Autumn (October and November) in Tuscany is pleasant. It may rain a few days but you will also get some dry and sunny days. Summer is hot with temperatures ranging from 23 º C to 30 º C. July is the hottest month. January is the coldest month. The temperature in this month is 7 º C or below. It may snow only for a few days but there can be a few bright days with blue skies. Opinions vary on which is the best time to visit Tuscany.
